A very short film

I directed a short film that showcased my skills across the entire production pipeline—from modeling and animation in 3ds Max to editing and post-processing in After Effects. The project also allowed me to push the capabilities of the mighty Appleseed Renderer, an open-source, physics-based global illumination engine tailored for animation and visual effects. The film’s quality and originality were recognized with its selection for the prestigious TIFF Kids International Film Festival in 2015.

One Dollar Baby
One for the road
The concept of a “Dollar Baby” involves renowned author Stephen King generously allowing students, budding filmmakers, and aspiring theatre producers to adapt one of his short stories for a symbolic fee of $1. At present, my primary extended project revolves around the adaptation of one such story, namely “One for the Road.”
